Jiangsu Zhenda Steel Tube Group is a specialized large-scale manufacturer of seamless steel tube & pipe in China,it consists of Jiangsu Zhenda Steel Tube Group Co., Ltd., Wuxi Zhenda Special Steel Tube Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Huai’an Zhenda Steel Tube Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Wuxi Zhenda Bearing Steel Tube Manufacturing Co., Ltd£¬ Wuhan Boiler Group power machinery manufacturing co., Ltd, Jadeli Transportation Company and Wuxi Zhenda Grand Hotel. Its registered trademark“HAOREN” and “ZHENDA” was awarded the title of Provincial Famous Brand in 2004. The seamless steel pipes for high pressure boilers won the “Golden Cup”— the top honorable title awarded for metallurgical products granted by the China Iron & Steel Industry Association in the year 2004. The group has integrated manufacturing equipments and completed test methods. For manufacturing, we have one Φ140 production line, one Φ180 production line, twelve hot-rolled piercing machines and more than fifty cold-drawn production lines; for testing, we have twelve set of NDT equipments including ECT and UT machines, together with hydrostatic test machine, WE-600 omnipotent experimental machine, WE-1000A hydraulic omnipotent experimental machine and full set of microscopic analysis equipment and other physical and chemical instruments as well. The group received the Right to Import and Export of Private Manufacturing Enterprises in 2004, and obtained the Certification of API 5L & API 5CT in 2006 and PED Certification of EU in 2007.
The specification of seamless steel tube ranges from OD:Φ10¡«Φ340mm with wall thickness: S1-30mm; hot-expanded tube specification ranges from OD:Φ377¡«Φ630mm; Range of products: seamless steel tubes for construction; fluid conveyance; high/medium/low pressure boilers; petroleum cracking; high-pressure fertilizer equipment and dew point anti-erosion steel tubes; high carbon and chrome bearing steel tubes; cold-drawn or cold-rolled precision steel tubes; seamless steel tubes in special shapes; API series oil well pipes, ASME/DIN/JIS series seamless tubes; seamless steel tubes for supporting engineering machinery; cold-drawn seamless steel tubes of internal threads and various alloy steel tubes.
